Basis of the draw for the Gorbeia Suzien Ternua Lasterketa.

Dorsals to be distributed:
– 450 numbers by draw.
– 150 dorsal reserved by the organization to respond to commitments: elite runners, sponsor, circuit runners …

Pre-registration process:
The pre-registration period will begin on June 1, at 09:00 and end on June 5, at 23:59. To participate in the raffle, it is essential to pre-register. on RockTheSport.
Numbers for the draw:
– Each registered runner will be awarded a number for the draw.
– Runners who have had a race number in previous editions will have one more number for each edition.
– The neighbors of the Valley of Arratia will also have one more number in the draw. Note: you must send the registration certificate to gorbeiasuzien@gmail.com before 22:00 on June 5.
– Suzien Mendi Kluba club members will also have an extra number.

Draw:
The raffle will be held on June 8 at the town hall of Zeanuri. The draw will be nominal and each number will be drawn randomly. Dorsal will be awarded to the first 450 numbers respecting the order. The rest of the numbers will form a waiting list in the order obtained in the draw.
The delivery of numbers will be published and anyone who wants can consult at any time in what position is and what changes the list has suffered.
The lucky and graceful in the draw will have a period of five days to formalize the registration. After the deadline, they will occupy the last position on the waiting list. The runners of the waiting list who obtain a number will also have a period of five days to formalize the registration. Requirements and rights:
The runners who register in the Gorbeia Suzien Ternua race are committed to respect the regulations of the race and that of ISF. In the same way, all those who register have the right to participate in the race. This right is made at the time of collection of the number. The bib number is personal and non-transferable, therefore the runner will pick it up, presenting the ID (the federated ones in mountain will have to present the federated card) in the place and time set and following the current regulations. (Those who are in possession of the federation license of the current year in any of the mountain federations recognized by the ISF will be considered federated).
The rider have the right to enjoy the services available to the organization and get the gift of the race. Those registered through the waiting list will not be guaranteed the size of the gift item.

Return of numbers:
– The dorsal can be returned until August 15, recovering 80% of the registration.
– You can return the number until September 15, recovering 70% of the registration with the condition that another participant on the waiting list completes your registration.

Bases for the Gorbeia Suzien Vertical Kilometer:

The registration period will open on June 9 (09:00) through the platform of registration and can be registered to fill places or until September 10.
